These terms govern your use of the CoveBloom Code website, catalog, saved-course tools, cart demonstration, and communications. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and to review these terms when they are updated.

Website access

CoveBloom Code grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the website for personal information and learning-planning purposes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to operate or improve the service.

Course information

Course titles, descriptions, levels, durations, formats, and prices are presented for planning and demonstration purposes. Learning experiences and commercial terms may be revised before any real enrollment transaction. Course participation does not guarantee employment, income, certification, or a particular result.

Local tools

Fallows and Cart store selections in your browser using localStorage. Clearing browser storage may remove those selections. The confirmation action in Cart is not a payment, enrollment, or binding purchase.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, misuse contact details, copy content for commercial resale, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

CoveBloom Code names, written content, course structures, interface design, and original materials belong to CoveBloom Code or its licensors. You may read and use the site for its intended purpose, but may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.

Third-party services

The website may rely on hosting, browser, or delivery services. Their availability and terms may differ from ours. Tailwind CSS is loaded through its public CDN for this demonstration.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided on an available basis. We work to keep information accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every page will be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, CoveBloom Code is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the demonstration site.
